- Keep the case in one place.
- Manage intake, documents, reminders, and USCIS steps without stitching together separate tools.
- Move research along faster.
- Search case law, statutes, and USCIS guidance, then draft responses and case strategies with less manual work.
- Grow without overloading the firm.
- Build a steadier workflow around new demand, so more cases do not mean more chaos.
We help you grow without lowering your standards.
You didn't build your practice to chase the wrong leads and wrestle five disconnected tools.
Case software helps after a client signs. Lead channels send inquiries and leave you to sort the fit. Immigration Pathways connects the two, so your firm can bring in better cases and manage the work in one place.
Why attorneys trust Immigration Pathways.
- Built specifically for immigration, not a general legal tool bent to fit.
- One system that replaces your stack: client introductions, intake, documents, USCIS integration, and case management.
- Most attorneys are set up and receiving client introductions within a week of joining.

FAQ
-
Most case management tools support cases attorneys have already signed. Most lead generation channels deliver inquiries with no operational follow-through. We built the platform that sits across both: the qualified client side and the operational side. So attorneys are not stitching together a multitude of tools.
Immigration Pathways connects qualified client demand with the workflow required to serve those cases - in one integrated system.

You set up a practice profile: the visa categories you handle, your case preferences, and the jurisdictions where you're licensed.
Applicants go through a structured intake before they reach any attorney, covering their visa situation, current status, timeline, and budget. When an applicant fits your profile, you see a summary of the opportunity and decide whether to engage. You can decline any introduction, and the platform refines future introductions to your preferences over time. Introductions are routed on fit, not sold to whoever is listed.
-
Yes. There is no requirement to switch systems. Many attorneys begin with client introductions and intake while keeping Docketwise, Clio, or another system for active cases, and move more of their workflow over only if and when it makes sense for them. You can run both in parallel and move at your own pace.
-
Opportunities aligned to your stated preferences e.g. visa categories and case types you define, whether that's O-1, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, L-1, PERM, family-based, adjustment of status, or consular processing.
Every applicant has completed a structured intake first, so an opportunity arrives with their situation, timeline, and budget already stated and their documents organized. We're targeting a 95% qualified match rate, versus the 30-40% attorneys typically see through traditional intake channels.
-
It works in your favor. Your practice profile includes every jurisdiction where you're licensed, and you can receive introductions across all of them, or narrow your preferences to the states you want to serve. Since most immigration matters are federal, single-state licensure is not a significant limitation either; state licensure matters most for matters with a state-law component.
-
No. Attorneys join for two different reasons, and both get real value. Some have a pipeline problem: not enough of the right clients, consultations that don't convert, inconsistent referrals. Others have an operations problem: the workflow between intake and active case is manual, scattered across email, and eating attorney time.
The platform serves both. You can start with client introductions, with intake and case workflow, or with both, depending on where your practice needs the most support right now.

Solo practitioners, small immigration firms, and boutique practices, which is the majority of the immigration bar. If your practice is involved in intake and case administration, this was built for you.
For solo attorneys, the biggest value is usually in intake and client fit. For firms with several attorneys, it's consistency: every matter goes through the same intake and case workflow regardless of who handles it. The platform will soon be enabled for large enterprise firms and corporate legal departments.
-
Yes. The first step is a short conversation about your practice, followed by a 15-minute demo focused on the parts relevant to you, not a full product tour. After that, a free trial lets you see real client opportunities for your practice profile before you decide anything. There is no automatic billing during the trial, and we'll check in with you before anything changes.
-
The platform is built around attorney–client confidentiality. Client information is accessible only to the attorney handling that case and the client; it is never visible to other attorneys, never shared with third parties, and never used for any purpose outside your case work. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and all activity is logged for audit purposes. Client case data is not used to train AI models.
For questions specific to privilege in your jurisdiction, we recommend consulting your own ethics counsel, and we're happy to walk through our security architecture in detail.
-
Onboarding is guided and included. We set up your practice profile with you in a session of about 20-30 minutes, covering your visa specialties, case preferences, and geographic reach. Most attorneys see their first opportunities within the first month. If you choose to move case workflows onto the platform, we walk through that too, at your pace, and you have a direct support contact who knows your setup rather than a generic helpdesk.
