Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Immigration Pathways, Inc. (“Immigration Pathways,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of our website, applications, and services (the “Services”). By creating an account, clicking “I Agree,” or using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Our Services

Immigration Pathways provides a digital platform designed to streamline the U.S. immigration process for multiple stakeholders. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

For Applicants (Individuals):

Access to an AI-powered chatbot that provides general visa information, discovery tools, and initial eligibility assessments (not Attorney).
Secure tools to initiate the U.S. visa process, complete relevant forms, and upload/store immigration-related documents.
A platform to connect directly with licensed immigration Attorneys for personalized legal services.
Online payment processing via Stripe for platform-related services and attorney fees (when applicable).

For Attorneys (Licensed Legal Professionals):

A professional dashboard to manage Applicant connections, case files, and client communication.
Access to digital tools that help streamline intake, document management, and client onboarding.
Opportunities to expand professional visibility and connect with new clients through the platform.

For Companies (Employers, Recruiters, and HR Teams):

Tools to assist in sponsoring or supporting employees/applicants in their U.S. immigration process.
Access to vetted Attorneys through the platform for case-specific immigration support.
Secure digital infrastructure for document exchange, compliance support, and case monitoring.

General Notice:

Immigration Pathways is not affiliated with USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, or any other government agency. Government forms are available free of charge directly from those agencies. Immigration Pathways is not a law firm and does not itself provide legal advice. Any legal advice or representation is provided solely by independent, licensed Attorneys with whom Applicants or Companies may choose to engage.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@immigration-pathways.com.

4. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card details. Fees for our technology services are separate from government filing fees. Government fees must be paid to the applicable agency. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Restrictions

You may not use the Services to:

Engage in unlawful activity or provide false information.
Upload malware, disrupt security, or interfere with the platform.
Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Misuse AI outputs for decisions impacting legal rights.
Use Google API data obtained through the Services for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

6. Google Data Use

If you sign in using Google, we may request limited profile data (such as name and email). We only request the minimum scopes necessary. Google user data is used solely for login and account management, never for advertising or profiling. Google data is deleted immediately if you revoke access or delete your account. You may revoke access anytime at Google Security Settings. Use of Google APIs is subject to the Google API Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, and trademarks in the Services are owned by Immigration Pathways or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute this material without our written consent.

8. Confidentiality

You may have access to confidential information through the Services. You agree not to misuse or disclose confidential information except as permitted by these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Immigration Pathways does not guarantee visa approval or outcomes. AI chatbot outputs may contain errors or outdated information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immigration Pathways shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees paid by you in the last six months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Immigration Pathways harmless from claims or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Provisions on IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, USA.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
